If you are an American gallery and are interested in buying our products wholesale please click the link above. Please note that we do not wholesale our products in Canada and have opted instead to retail our products ourselves.
Payment options
We accept both Visa and MasterCard for online orders from Canada, The United States and International.
Please feel confident that your information is secure. We use the latest in secure information and encryption. We only store your credit card until the transaction is completed then it is wiped clean off of our secure server.

Taxes
Orders shipped to the United States and International are not subject to taxes.
Orders shipped to Canada are subject to the following taxes (please see chart)

Minimum order of $50 please.
We use ground methods for shipping, which takes 2-5 business days from the date of shipping (not from date of order). More remote areas may take longer.
Our system automatically estimates a shipping charge as shown in the table below. These estimates are the maximum you can expect to pay. For smaller orders and fairly close shipping locations, the charge may indeed be less. The actual charge is only calculated at the time of shipping.
Orders shipped to U.S. residential addresses will be subject
to a handling fee of $2.00 per item or $2.20 per item for U.S. rural residential

Additional Charges:
Some Canadian locations may be very remote and subject to additional charges that will not show up on your order confirmation. If this turns out to be the case we will contact you to tell you the charge, and arrange an alternative if possible.
A note on exchange rates
We process your credit card through a Canadian bank. The charge to your card is calculated on the exchange rate of the day. We endeavour to make certain that the charge that shows up on your bill will be equal to or slightly less than the amount you are expecting to pay.
Order Processing Time
We make everything from scratch when it is ordered. This is a handmade process and usually takes 4-6 weeks to make. You can expect to receive your order approximately 4-6 weeks after it has been ordered.
If you are in a rush for an item, please let us know and we will try our best to get it out sooner and we will give you an estimate of how long we expect it to take.

International Orders
Due to the wide variety of factors that go into calculating the shipping price on international orders, we have determined to treat each order on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at dotti@surenet.net and we will be able to calculate shipping charges for you. Please make the email subject heading as clear as possible as our email spam filter often filters out obscure subject headings.
Return Policy
Unfortunately we cannot accept returned merchandise. This is a handmade process and the items are made specifically for each order.
If you order arrives damaged or the product is defective, please contact us immediately and we will remedy the situation.
